Penny is a critical friend to Warwickshire Police and West Mercia Police, offering them advice and guidance on a range of issues. She has done this by volunteering some time to become an IAG member (Independent Advisory Group).
Once every 2/3 months, along with other volunteers, she meets with police representatives to discuss police and community issues.
Penny has an interest in equality and diversity and has also joined the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bi, transgender) IAG group where she is able to offer more specialised advice to the police on more sensitive issues.
We are currently looking for more people to join our IAG members. If you have spare time that you'd like to spend helping your community, whether that's where you live or work, please contact us on the details below:
